What's the opportunity for Telcos?
- This technology is by no means 'brand new', however it seems seldom-used. I believe this form of advertising medium has only touched the surface here in Australia, providing a good opportunity for a Telco stay ahead of it's competitors.
- I think Telcos within Australia should be using this technology more often in store and at events - almost in hope that the brand becomes associated with this technology and service.
- This is a great way to attract new customers in store if they are not with the Telco already or (if the gift is valuable enough) it could create an envy-factor amongst friends who are not on the same network.
- This is a cool technology to get creative with: to push creative ideas that have not been executed before.
